How much do you love yourself?
On a scale of 10, where do you consider yourself?
Do you find it too easy to love everyone else and loving yourself, too hard?
It is really easy to markdown your faults and dwell on their insecurities. Instead, you should be focusing on the bright side of yourself.
However, if you have landed on this post then you surely might be searching answer for where to start self improvement then the first step is to love yourself.
You might be too busy to focus on other's rather than focusing on you. Now, one thing you need to clear in your mind is that you need to be comfortable to be with yourself.
Because, with this post i am going to share with you some points on how to love yourself and be confident today. So, you need to stick around till the end.
1- Journal Daily
We all know the famous line which says, "You can't love anyone until the moment you find love with yourself".
And, you can't love yourself without acknowledgement of your flaws, mistakes and start to work on yourself. Once, you start to work on them, you will get to embrace them.
And, when you embrace them you will embrace yourself as well.
Your flaws are not any fault in your life but they are the one who makes you, "You".
So feel confident and happy to be the best version of "You". Once, you accept this fact you will get to know how to love yourself unconditionally and be the best version of yourself.
So make sure to create a journal, you can choose to have one physical journal or maybe a digital one as well.
You can write all of your day activities, your feelings and everything else.
Bright side to this idea is to list out your wishes or desires, just feel them and forget them. You will see that slowly they are taking up your reality.

2- Set yourself free and enjoy
Now, as i practice law of attraction on a daily basis. I take breaks and pamper myself as like you can say that i spoil myself with cute little things that i like.
Like once, in a week, you need to take break from your 9 to 5 and pamper yourself with some soothing spa session, or if you like to party do that and anything.
These all little things will be help you in improving yourself every passing day.
However, what you do make sure that it makes you happy and be confident in doing it.
Like i am a big foody, just a burger and pizza can make my day. And this is why i used to eat these on weekends. Or sometimes i used to dance, just meditate, listening to music etc.
3- Forgive yourself for any mistake
If you keep blaming yourself for the past or any mistakes, you will just dig a deep hole for your loneliness.
This is why with these little things to do to love yourself, you are going to flip your life into a positive side.
So it is very important that you forgive yourself for any mistake. This really helps you to move forward in your life.
Hence, mistakes are in your past, so you just have to take lessons from them and move forward in your life. Because it is really important for self improvement in your life.
4- Vision board for your new life
Vision is something that keeps reminding you of your goals and desires. You surely have to work hard to make them come true but it is also important that you believe yourself as well.
Hence, one of the things to do to love yourself is to make vision board. Now this is also a part of law of attraction. Which i will be sharing deep in further blogs.
Now, this vision board is supposed to keep a image of all your desires and wishes. So that every time you see them you feel the vibe like excitement, joy, happy and everything.
And, now that you know how to love yourself and be confident make sure to make a vision board immediately.
5- Practice gratitude and affirmations daily
It is been said that if you practice gratitude and affirmations daily, you can see a clear shift in your reality.
Hence it is one of the things to do to love yourself because it fills your brain with the vibe of gratitude.
By the time you go to sleep or wakeup, you need to practice gratitude and affirmations so it becomes easy to love yourself.
This is the exact thing where to start self improvement because affirmations creates an affect your mind regarding your goals.
