One of the methods, which tried and saw that it really works is thankfulness. However, I really found it working and I keep thanking God for every big and small achievement. Even if it’s a bad day of my life I just to myself that this is a bad time, it will go away and smile. For this, you need to create a to-do list every day as you will see where are you spending up your time and how much. So that you can save some time for yourself.
